Global FM Pty Ltd was formed in 2000 by two local Brisbane building services professionals. Their intention is to provide exceptional operational, technical and commercial management to the property market.
We are proud members of both the Facility Managers Association of Australia, and Green Council of Australia, and abide by their codes of ethics.
Over 30 years experience in commercial, domestic, civil, industrial and high rise construction, operations and maintenance management to national and state level management tenure with Government and blue chip Property and Facilities Management companies.
Both directors are supported by a team of facilities and operations managers, project managers, building supervisors, financial managers, office administration, technical staff, and selected consultants to provide an extensive and professional service.
These include everything from soft services like cleaning and security to technical building services as well as workplace specific services like space management and internal tenant contracts. Effective facility management services can lower overall costs, decrease public and corporate risk, and improve overall efficiency for both property owners and asset managers alike.
Global FM can manage maintenance contractors to cover the following building system installations and other building services. Where necessary Global FM will prepare tender documentation, call for tenders, evaluate and report on tenders, make recommendations and manage the successful contractor.

The web based portal’s Service Request System (SRS) works like Global FM’s philosophy in that it is very simple and straight forward. In under a minute, a Tenant (or Asset Manager) can log a Service Request with our Help Desk and receive a receipt of acknowledgement to their Request. The SRS is an adjunct to our Computer Aided Facility Management programme (CAFM), and ensures that all Service Requests reported for our attention are recorded for reporting and future analysis.

Our Team includes Construction Managers, Project Managers and ABGR accredited Building Services engineers. Global FM can provide everything from budget planning, programming, tendering and contract engagement, onsite management right through to the final occupation certification. Our tailored approach can ensure that project challenges can be met and resolved effectively, ensuring that your project is delivered on time, within budget and to your expectations.
The Global RM Property Maintenance Division is responsible for the general upkeep of our client’s buildings and external areas as well as any other external equipment or services.
The Global FM online helpdesk team will dispatch suitable trades to any reported adhoc breakdown or damage repair as required within the designated or prearranged priority guidelines.
The maintenance division is made up of qualified carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, mechanical services technicians and trades assistants. We currently undertake Programmed and Adhoc maintenance for multiple client-owned commercial buildings throughout Australia.
